Privacy Policy
**ES Labs**
**Effective date:** 7 August 2026
**Last updated:** 7 August 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by ES Labs on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and other platforms (”**our apps**”, ”**the apps**”, or individually ”**an app**”).
—
1. Introduction
ES Labs (”**we**”, ”**us**”, or ”**our**”) develops and publishes mobile applications.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use our apps, how that information is used, and what choices you have. By using an app, you agree to this Privacy Policy for that app.
If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
—
2. Who is responsible for your data?
**Data controller:** ES Labs
**Contact:** labs@elvasmultron.se
For privacy-related questions or requests regarding any of our apps, contact us at the email address above. Please mention which app your request relates to.
—
3. Summary
Across our apps, the following generally applies:
– Most apps do **not** require you to create an account.
– Content you create in an app (such as names, settings, or activity data) is usually stored **locally on your device**, unless an app clearly describes online features.
– We do **not** operate our own backend servers to collect or store your app content by default.
– Some free apps may show advertisements through **Google AdMob**, which may process data under Google’s policies.
– Paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases are processed by **Google Play** or the **Apple App Store**; we do not receive your payment card details.
– You can usually delete local data by clearing an app’s storage or uninstalling it.
Individual apps may differ slightly. Where that is the case, the app’s store listing or in-app description will note any additional practices.

4. Information we process
The types of information processed depend on the app you use and the features you enable.
4.1 Information stored on your device
Many of our apps store data locally on your device so they can function offline and respect your privacy. Depending on the app, this may include:
– Names, labels, or other text you enter
– Preferences such as theme, language, or display options
– Activity or history related to the app’s purpose (for example scores, lists, or saved entries)
– Purchase or unlock status for paid features
Unless an app explicitly offers cloud sync or online accounts, this data stays on your device and is not transmitted to ES Labs.
If you use a share or export feature, you choose what to send and through which app (for example email or messaging). We do not control what happens to content after you share it.
4.2 Advertising
Some of our apps are free and supported by advertising. Where ads are shown, we may use **Google AdMob** (Google Mobile Ads SDK).
Google may collect and use information such as:
– Device identifiers (for example advertising ID)
– IP address
– App and ad interaction data
– Device type, operating system, and language settings
This processing is governed by Google’s policies:
– [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)
– [Google Ads / AdMob information](https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543)
Apps that offer a paid upgrade to remove ads will stop showing advertisements once that upgrade is active.
Not every app contains ads. If an app does not display advertising, AdMob is not used for that app.
4.3 In-app purchases and subscriptions
Some apps offer optional paid features, including one-time purchases, non-consumable unlocks, or subscriptions. Payments are handled entirely by:
– **Google Play** (Android), or
– **Apple App Store** (iOS)
We may receive confirmation that a purchase was made (for example a purchase token or receipt) so we can unlock the correct features. We do **not** receive your full payment card or banking details.
Purchase processing is subject to Google or Apple’s respective privacy policies and terms.
4.4 Support communications
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide (such as your email address and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the correspondence as needed.
4.5 Information we do not intentionally collect
Unless an app clearly requires it for a stated feature, our apps are not designed to collect:
– Account credentials for ES Labs-operated login systems (most apps have no login)
– Precise location
– Contacts, photo libraries, or files outside what you explicitly choose to share
– Health, financial, or government ID information
If a future app needs access to additional data, we will describe that in the app and update this policy if necessary.
—
5. How we use information
We use information only to:
– Provide and maintain app functionality
– Remember your settings and purchase status on your device
– Display advertisements in apps that include ads
– Verify and restore purchases and subscriptions
– Respond to support requests
– Improve reliability and fix bugs, using only the data described in this policy
We do **not** sell your personal information.
We do **not** use your locally stored app content for advertising profiling.
—
6. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases, depending on the processing:
| Processing | Legal basis |
|————|————-|
| Local storage of data needed to run an app | Performance of a contract / legitimate interest |
| Display of ads in supported apps | Your consent where required (for example ad personalization settings on your device) and/or legitimate interest |
| Purchase and subscription verification | Performance of a contract |
| Responding to support emails | Legitimate interest / performance of a contract |
You may withdraw consent for personalized ads through your device settings (see Section 8).
—
7. Third-party services
We may use the following categories of third-party services. An individual app uses only those that apply to it.
| Service | Purpose | Provider |
|———|———|———-|
| Google AdMob | Advertising in some free apps | Google LLC |
| Google Play Billing | In-app purchases and subscriptions (Android) | Google LLC |
| Apple In-App Purchase | In-app purchases and subscriptions (iOS) | Apple Inc. |
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies if you use features they provide.
We do not share locally stored app content with these providers, except as necessary for their services to function (for example ad delivery or payment verification).
—
8. Your choices and rights
### All users
– **Remove ads:** Where available, purchase the ad-free or premium option in the app.
– **Delete local data:** Clear the app’s storage in your device settings, or uninstall the app.
– **Purchases:** Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play or the App Store account settings.
### Advertising choices
– **Android:** Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (wording may vary by device).

### EEA / UK / similar jurisdictions
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
– Access personal data we process about you
– Request correction or deletion
– Object to or restrict certain processing
– Data portability
– Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
Because most data in our apps stays on your device, deleting app data or uninstalling the app is usually the most effective way to remove it. Contact us at labs@elvasmultron.se for other requests, and tell us which app is involved.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days).
—
9. Data retention
– **Local app data:** Kept on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
– **Purchase and subscription status:** Stored locally and may be restored via Google Play or the App Store if you reinstall, subject to platform rules.
– **Support emails:** Retained only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping.
– **Data held by Google or Apple:** Retained according to each provider’s policies.
—
10. Children’s privacy
Our apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact labs@elvasmultron.se and we will take appropriate steps.
—
11. International transfers
Third-party providers such as Google and Apple may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
—
12. Security
We design our apps so that personal content typically remains on your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information processed through our apps and to use reputable platform providers for advertising and payments.
—
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the ”Last updated” date at the top. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in an affected app or on our website.
Continued use of an app after an update means you accept the revised policy for that app.
